Charles Gettinger

I work as Construction Project Manager. I work in many areas of development and are responsible for overseeing a building project from start to finish. My duties include hiring laborers and negotiating contracts, and it is also their responsibility to obtain all permits for a building site. As Construction Project Manager, I control the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. I also plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
