In addition, he oversaw a five-year campaign with General Motors in which he secured offset capture agreements associated with the Tomahawk Missile. The endeavor produced contracts with international clients worth $2 billion. He also co-devised innovative methodologies to garner strategic, large-scale business alliances between General Motors and Hughes, as well as such key suppliers as Johnson Controls, GenCorp, and United Technologies.
Charles Friedrichs graduated from the University of Arizona, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with concentrations in public systems and urban planning. He also earned a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Phoenix.
