Charles has more than twenty-five years of experience working for and in close collaboration with Association of Zoos and Aquarium (AZA) accredited institutions. He has taken leadership roles in capital development projects that benefited from his understanding of avian husbandry, training in fundraising management/development, interpretation development, staff & volunteer management, public relations, and marketing background. His current projects include:

  • Captive Propagation & Reintroduction of Light-footed Clapper Rails – Breeding & Filed Coordinator
  • Bird Abatement at SeaWorld & Aquatica San Diego and Terranea Resort – Contract Falconer
