Charles G. Kpan, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of CYGEC IT SOLUTIONS INC. a multi-operational company that provides affordable and scalable IT services.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from Blue Crest University, Liberia majoring in System Infrastructure Management and Network Engineering.
He was selected as one of the top applicants among 216,000 African young entrepreneurs from 54 African Countries at the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program 2019. On July 25-27, 2019. He and 7 other Liberians represented Liberia at the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Forum in Abuja, Nigeria and was appointed as the Secretary-General of the TEF ALUMNI HUB in Liberia.
He led his team in developing the following solutions:

He is the current Training Director of the Liberia Information Technology Students Union (LITSU) where he previously served as Chairman of the NIIT CHAPTER.
He served as a Personal Development Mentor at METS AFRIKA 4D and Judge at the Technovation iridescent.
He's an Inspirational Poet known by the Penn name CHARLEY DE INSPIRATOR.
