Charles Hinckley

Based in New York, Charles (Chuck) Hinckley possesses a diverse background in real estate, power, alternative energy, and clean tech and has owned and managed C.C. Hinckley Co., LLC since 1998. In this role, he has managed power plant finance and development both in the United States and internationally, including gas turbine, wind power, and solar power projects. Charles Hinckley also provided investment banking services and advisory services to clients ranging from GE Capital and Raytheon Technologies to JP Morgan Partners and Hannon Armstrong.

Previously, Mr. Hinckley served as managing director and co-head of the New York office of Marathon Capital. In this role, he focused on the expansion of the New York office’s traditional sell-side mergers and acquisition services by introducing additional services, including project financing and equity private placements as well as buy-side mergers and acquisitions.

Charles (Chuck) Hinckley has held executive positions with several energy companies. He functioned as president and chief executive officer of AWCC Capital, LLC, where he handled the sale or leaseback financing of real estate assets for solar power projects. Mr. Hinckley also founded and served as chief executive officer of Noble Environmental Power, LLC.
