‎Charles Kalisa is a Ugandan entrepreneur, philanthropist, and human capital development professional, born in Nsonga village, Mukono District. A devoted father of three daughters, he is widely recognized for his unwavering commitment to ethical recruitment, social transformation, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for individuals and communities.

‎Driven by a strong vision to positively transform lives, Charles has built a career centered on empowering people through employment, skills development, and enterprise creation. His journey from humble beginnings to international experience reflects resilience, discipline, and a deep sense of purpose in human development and business leadership.

‎In 2013, he relocated to the United Arab Emirates, where he gained extensive experience in the security and operations sector with Al Falah Security Services in Abu Dhabi. His roles included Control Room Operator at Masdar City, Security Officer at Nation Hospital, Head Guard at Ruwais Mall, and Control Room Operator at Al Rayan Labour Camp, where he developed strong operational, leadership, and risk management skills.

‎After two years, he returned to Uganda to pursue a higher calling in recruitment and human capital development, focusing on creating employment opportunities and uplifting communities. This led to the establishment of Miles HR Consultancy, a manpower recruitment firm dedicated to ethical overseas job placements and workforce solutions for East Africans.

‎In 2024, he founded Open Sea HR Consultancy, a regional recruitment company distinguished by its professionalism, international partnerships, and candidate-centered approach.
‎
‎In May 2026, he established MILES FACILITIES MANAGEMENT – SMC LTD, a facilities management company specializing in property maintenance, cleaning services, and integrated operational support services across Uganda.
‎
‎He is also the founder of the African Care2N Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering vulnerable communities through education, vocational training, healthcare access, and economic empowerment initiatives.
