I’m Charles Lattimer, the creator and author of Success Curve™… a system for coaches, trainers, and executives to develop the most effective managers and leaders prepared for the extraordinary opportunities in the 21st century. Along the way, I have applied these development strategies and methodologies with every size organization, from multi-billion dollar clients to start-up companies, with huge, enduring impact.

For nearly 20 years, I have been a technology entrepreneur, management consultant, and executive coach. As the CEO of Cooperative Leadership Institute, founded at Virginia Tech, I was lucky to be one of the early pioneers in technology-enhanced leadership and management development, I have had a blast using a diverse set of creative strategies from live theatre to private social media platforms to build communities of high performance.

Today, I spend 100% of my time focused on taking the insights from over a decade of research on high performance management and leadership to help companies to build stable, successful, and sustainable enterprises.
