Additionally, he serves as the president and CEO of Leisure Properties, his family’s real estate business, while acting as a business and financial advisor to numerous startups.

Born and raised in Irvine, CA, Charles spent much of his youth by the shores of Newport Beach. A standout athlete in high school, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from University High School, where he also earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout through his leadership in the Boy Scouts of America. His passion for global economics led him to Georgetown University, where he earned honors in political economics and history. His academic focus on economic systems and public policy would later serve him well in his financial career.

As an Executive Director with one of the most significant wealth management and investment banking firms, Charles leveraged his extensive experience to assist clients in the equity capital division. Throughout his career, he has raised over $1 trillion in capital through more than 1,000 transactions, including over 500 IPOs.
