Charles McCall is a real estate sales and marketing professional, entrepreneur, and community advocate—passionate about serving and empowering people to confidently make some of life’s most challenging decisions. He currently manages at The Show Group Real Estate Advisors®, a team of industry-leading experts specializing in residential and commercial sales and leasing transactions throughout Georgia and Alabama markets in collaboration with Keller Williams Realty, Inc.
Previously he served as a member of the Brokerage Management Team at Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) Metro Brokers for five years where he supported over twenty-five hundred affiliated licensees at twenty-seven offices throughout metro Atlanta and North Georgia before returning to duty at The Show Group Real Estate Advisors.
For nearly two decades, he has periodically counseled individual stakeholders, investment groups, developers and financial institutions in the acquisition, marketing and disposition, and lease of real property. The Selma, Alabama native received a bachelor’s degree in Food Science from Alabama A&M University and has been committed to living by the institution’s mantra, “Service is Sovereignty” ever since.
Prior to launching a successful career in real estate, Charles worked in quality assurance management at Tyson Foods, Inc., one of the world’s largest producers of meat and poultry. He has been a trusted adviser to the City of College Park, GA—where he resides—on urban planning issues of real estate zoning regulation, housing, future land use and economic development. Some of the capacities in which he has served College Park are as Board of Zoning Appeals Vice-Chair, Five-Year Comprehensive Plan Update Steering Committee Member and Zoning Ordinance Revision Steering Committee Member.
Charles has been an active member of the Atlanta Realtors Association and Georgia Association of Realtors at which he has contributed to the advancement of the real estate industry by serving on peer ethics and arbitration hearing panels as a select member of the Professional Standards Committee. He has also volunteered as a Trustee Board Member at church and is a true epicure who in his spare time enjoys travel, tennis, movie-going, live music, festivals and photography.
