Charles Phillips

An experienced software industry executive, Charles Phillips leads Infor Global Solutions, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer. The third-largest enterprise software company in the world, Infor has 13,000 employees serving 70,000 customers in more than 150 countries. Under Charles Phillips' oversight, Infor has generated $3 billion in annual revenue.

In addition to leading Infor, Charles Phillips serves on the Boards of Directors for Viacom Corporation, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the American Museum of Natural History. He is also CEO of Information for his own philanthropic group, the Phillips Charitable Organization, which provides assistance to injured military veterans, single-parent families, and engineering students in need.

Mr. Phillips joined Infor after a seven plus year tenure as President of Oracle Corporation. Phillips played a pivotal role in several of Oracle's major acquisitions and helped triple the size of the company. Prior to his positions leading technology companies, Phillips led a successful career on Wall Street. A former Managing Director in Morgan Stanley's Technology Group, he earned the title of Institutional Investor All-Star for 10 consecutive years.

Charles Phillips earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy and served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps before pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Hampton University and a Juris Doctor at New York Law School. He is a member of the Georgia State Bar Association.
