I originally got into computers back in 96...I was going to school at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and working at a Chinese restaurant to make some extra money..I met a Chinese guy there and he had the latest and greatest computer equipment and software and he became my mentor...I have been working in the technology field ever since.One of my career highlights are; I worked setting up and sending the SIM chips to Apple during the original Iphone 2G launch..I currently work as a Technical Support rep supporting about 30 internal and 30 remote users running Windows XP, Vista Business, and Win 7..
