Charles Ramm

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of architecture and design, California-based Architect Charles Ramm provides clients with a wide range of experience and expertise in building and designing commercial facilities. Moreover, Charles Ramm imbues each project with a keen eye for design and penchant for function. Due to the beauty of the work of Charles Ramm, as well as the flow and usability he instills in the spaces he designs, clients in the hospitality industry often turn to his firm for major projects.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Charles Ramm joined the staff of Du Bourdieu, Inc., A.I.A. At this firm, Charles Ramm continued to hone the skills he had learned in college, as well as the aesthetics he had begun to develop during that time. Later, Charles Ramm accepted a position with the Anaheim, California-based firm, Richard E. Huston & Associates. In his position as Director of Projects and Design, Charles Ramm provided advice and layouts for architecture and interiors. In 1982, CKE Restaurants, Inc. engaged Charles Ramm to design and oversee construction of a number of the organization’s Carl’s Jr. establishments.

After working in this capacity for three years, Charles Ramm pursued an opportunity to serve as a Vice President with Beckham Eisenman Commercial Design in Irvine. Charles Ramm currently owns the firm Charles Ramm Associates, Inc. The team at Charles Ramm Associates, located in San Clemente, focuses on restaurants for individual clients and large corporations. Because of his years of experience, Charles Ramm also serves occasionally as an Architectural Expert Witness.
