ABOUT CHARLES: CHICAGO ATTORNEY, EMBA STUDENT

Charles Beck is an experienced attorney focused on business side transactions and complex financial negotiations. Charles received his undergraduate economics degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. Returning to his hometown of Minneapolis for law school, Charles graduated from the University of St. Thomas and became one of only five international attorneys chosen to work with the Shanghai Patent and Trademark Law Office. Following his time in Shanghai, Charles worked in contract negotiations for a level I trauma center in downtown Minneapolis before migrating to Chicago in 2010 to become Director of Contracting and Pricing for Walgreens. At Walgreens, Charles’ experience includes leading negotiations of contracts in excess of $6 billion in revenue.

Today, Charles is also working towards his Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame and open to opportunities that combine his legal and business expertise. Charles brings to any company a professional who is strategic and knows how to truly maximizing vital negotiations to drive a company’s bottom line.
