Currently supporting JCPenney as a project manager who is responsible 1-6 projects ranging from medium to high priority. The projects i successfully completed in 2015 resulted in a financial savings of over $1.5 Million annually in operating costs and modernized CCC call center operations to a VOIP contact solution.
In 2016 i have taken on program manager responsibility for the order entry application, CSC, and have successfully delivered 3 release enhancements to enable a savings of $500K annually, to date. 10 More releases are scheduled for 2016.
Hobbies/Interests/Future
Software developer, that’s my dream. I currently have self taught experience with Microsoft Access, VBA, and Objective C programming and I am always striving to learn more programming languages to expand my knowledge of software development. UX/UI both in software and physical interaction, I feel is the most important aspect of software development and I strive for that perfect blend between software and usability.
My current project consists of developing analytic's engine for JCPenney Customer Care organization, utilizing CISCO CUIC Platform, custom designed SQL, and Oracle BI tools.
