Charles Kusuma

I was born in a struggling family, but contrary to many beliefs, it has actually made me strong, rather than weak. It has taught me the fundamental thing in life, that obstacle is actually the door to opportunities. This mindset has given me the courage to undertake challenging tasks and be where I am now.

Having lived in a couple of countries, including in Indonesia, China and here, in Germany, has allowed me to acquire a unique and special background. Through these experiences, I was able to not only expand my knowledge and language skills, but also sharpen my people skills, as I mingle with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Working as a multi project manager in an international company in Frankfurt couple years ago, has made me become more aware that knowledge and skills in the IT field alone would not suffice. People skills are also very crucial. And, I am confident to say that my background has equipped me with the people skills I need to become a genuine leader. But no, I will never stop learning to better myself.

To sum it all up, I’m a humble person, equipped with excellent communication and teamwork skills, that is ready to take on challenges and learn new skills.
