Charlie Balducci

I am most recoganized for my appearance on MTV's True Life, All My Children, and the Rikki Lake Show, but I really got the bug working on the Staten Island Movie...No not the one with Ethan Hawke, the first one! I had the opportunity to play Christopher, then co wrote the narration, and went on to music supervise the project. It was during this time that I realized I had the resources to be a producer. I then went on to found the 501c3 NycArtsCypher which promotes positive values through arts and entertainment. We facilitate programs, projects, and events in all area of the arts and entertainment industry, targeting teens and emerging artists and specializing in graffiti, break dancing, and old school events, competitions and art shows.
