Charlie Crenshaw IV is a seasoned communications professional and digital storyteller with over 15 years of experience in corporate strategic communications, project management, and executive messaging. A proud native of the Orange Mound community, Charlie graduated as Valedictorian of Melrose High School and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Memphis. Throughout his career, Charlie has excelled in helping organizations craft impactful narratives that drive brand visibility and align with strategic objectives.

In addition to his corporate work, Charlie serves as the Executive Director of Memphis Made Mentors, leading community-based programs focused on empowering youth through mentorship and career development. He is a congressionally recognized published author and independent filmmaker, driven by a philosophy of “dying empty,” ensuring that no creative idea is left unrealized. His contributions to media, storytelling, and community building have established him as a dynamic voice in personal growth and self-empowerment.

A U.S. Army veteran, Charlie brings a disciplined, dedicated, and results-oriented approach to every project. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Terra, and a loving father to their two daughters, Charlize and Charli.
