• Charlie F. Crawford, a Liberian hails from Zorzor District, Lofa County, Republic of Liberia, is a youth leader, volunteer, writer, public speaker and a teacher by profession. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from the Evangel Christian University College and an Associate of Arts Degree in Education from the LICOSESS Mobile Teacher Training College, Currently, He is a senior student at the University of Liberia reading Sociology

Charlie is a leader of principles, has excellent communication skills, good leadership abilities, quality team player and an excellent performer, Global Change Maker, Positive Thinker, Staff Manager, with quality and advance computer knowledge.

As a highly motivated and dedicated young emerging youth leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is always willing to learn, Charlie has participated and spoke at so many youth developmental programs.

In 2020 Charlie F. Crawford serve as one of the speakers at the Youth Education, Employment, and Empowerment Network youth conference in Sierra Leone where he emerge as the best speaker for a public lecture on THE IMPACT OF COVID19 ON THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE.

Being passionate about change making, Charlie F. Crawford has a vision of creating an environment where all youth are equal in all aspect of life, and making sure that the career objectives of all youth is being met regardless of their religion, cultural background, etc. He is a man of integrity, implementation and accountability.

Since 2017 he has being working as a youth leader which he does in cooperate community team work, encourage Youth participation in community development and Carry out Community development awareness, etc.

Charlie F. Crawford is the founder and Executive Director of Innovativ Thinkers of Africa (INNOTA INC) which has been operating since 2019.

Charlie F. Crawford is also the President of the Global Mission Educational Institute and Director of the INNOTA Scholars Program and the Annual African Youth Leadership Summit.

Charlie F. Crawford has served as the vice principal for instruction at the Evangel Christian Academy and now acting Secretary General at The Salvation Army - Liberia Command School System (William Booth Primary School).

He is interested in social inclusion, better and green Africa, quality education, etc.
