If you have your own house and you still do not have an open summer kitchen, then I think something clearly went off plan for you. You do not always need to build a full kitchen, but a modular outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, when you can choose the modules you need for your size and needs, seems like the most convenient option to me. Anyway, cooking outside in good weather is really worth it.
