Charlie is the Assistant Dean of Students & Director of Residential Life at Gustavus Adolphus College. A 2001 graduate of Gustavus, Charlie has a master's degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and is currently pursuing an EdD in Organizational Policy and Leadership Development at the University of Minnesota.
