With a background in Political Studies and Business Administration, Charlie conceptualized the idk™ over the course of four years of research and development, culminating with building strategic partnerships with chosen market influencers as well as developing the patent pending Intellectual Property associated with the idk™ digital hardware/software solutions. Additionally, Charlie has also been responsible for establishing the Coffee Shop Conversations Network (CSCN™), a unique and innovative indoor digital signage broadcast channel that caters to a female audience, ranging in age from, 18-35 and 50-54 years of age.

As President & CEO, Charlie advises the management board on the development of the interactive digital kiosk technology, is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with chosen market influencers as well as providing technical development and support.
