I'm a lifaholic, an eclectic mind and, above all, a people person.
I started working at the age of 13, tutoring younger children to afford my summer trips, and fell in the PR and events industry two years later, when I started using these platforms to build bridges between people and communities.
Since then, organizations in the Gulf, Hong Kong and Europe have relied on my expertise and creativity to make their vision come to life and engage with communities. Over the past two years, I have worked at Naseba, where I developed their brand and conceptualized events with a purpose.
Last year, UN Women Canada awarded me as a Young Leader for Outstanding Contribution to Women's Economic Empowerment. Since then, I have been trying to deserve that recognition (I think that's called imposter syndrome).
Some of the recent projects I'm most proud of include the short film competition for women's empowerment I launched around the Global WIL Economic Forum and an initiative to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities.
At the moment, I'm busy setting up a new venture, and accompanying clients (and kickass female business leaders!) with their PR & communications efforts. I'm also looking for opportunities to put my skills to good use by contributing to high-impact organizations around education and social impact.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, photography and writing.
