My earliest memories are all food memories, from the cookies at the daycare in Monterey, Mexico to the only thing I would eat as a baby, udon noodles. Naturally this led to a career in the food industry although I think I was most surprised by the choice. I always thought I would work for a Human Rights NGO. My father worked for the State Department and I feel lucky to have traveled so much as a kid. Over the last 10 years I have traveled back and forth across the US. There are so many new landscapes and cultures just in our country that inspire me.
