Charlotte Barbosa

Hello I'm Charlotte Barbosa or if anyone has watched "Pirates of the Caribbean", can refer to me as captain.

I'm currently studying my second year of my bachelor of communication (advertising) at Deakin in Burwood.

Whilst also working as manager at KFC, as well as a part time receptionist at Barrymore medical centre. These jobs have really helped in bettering my communication with people and I would like to get into the advertising field.

In all of my high school years I always found myself drawn to design and using my imagination to come up to the best way to attract a specific demographic. Which had encouraged me to move forward into the studies of advertising.

I really love design, arts, and would like to pursue a career that allows me to put my creative skills to work.

I'm particularly interested in the online interaction units at Deakin, because I believe it'll help my online presence and could in fact increase my chances of certain job positions.

It helps by using social media as a platform to help me in broadcasting myself in a way that can help my advertising career get on track.
