I was born in 1992, to a couple of independent business people who resides in Bekasi, Eastern Java. Growing up was pretty normal until i fall in love with alternative music at the age of 12 years old, after knowing Good Charlotte, My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Red Hot Chilli Pepper, Fall Out Boy, etc.
At the age of 15 got a macbook in which I discover iMovie application, that captivate me into making videos out of film footages, as I was bored with everything in school since I was no good at it.
Currently focusing on being a film student and filmmaking after dangerously realizing that I've been falling in love to it for ages, even though I dont think I am quite good at it. Currently focusing on scriptwriting, directing, producing, editing, and documentary filmmaking since those are the field in which I really like, whereas the rest, I just cant, and I would like to work with the people that are great at the rest, so I can collaborate with them.
Previously worked on a few short films:
wrote, directed, produced, edited LABELS (2011), a short film about a girl with mindset that everyone is out to get her. She's depressed because she always think she's not good enough for everyone around her.
directed, produced, edited BOYS ON BOYS (2012), a short documentary about the clash of opinions between the homophobics and the homosexuals in today's Jakarta. NOMINATED IN MALANG FILM FESTIVAL 2013
directed MONSTER (2013), a short film about a girl who runs away with her boyfriend, and ended up being tied in a chair in his place, as he just dont want her to ever leave his sight. EVER.
directed PARALLEL (2013), a short film about a boy who sees the world changing around him suddenly after coming out in his twitter, that he is gay. PART OF QFF 2013. NOMINATED IN PIASTRO UI.
Other than that I also worked as the assistant producer of Sakti Parantean in his documentary film, Children Of A Nation.
