Charlotte Moore

Charlotte Moore graduated in 2002 with a first class degree in Fashion, Media & Culture from London College of Fashion and took her first professional role at trend forecasting and consumer insight agency, The Future Laboratory in the same year. She worked on bespoke qualitative research projects for clients such as the BBC, Heineken, Unilever, 3 Mobile and BMW. During this time Charlotte was also editorial assistant for international trends monitor, Viewpoint.
In 2005 she went on to work for media brand MTV Networks International, where she was their 'International Youth Trends Expert'. She was editor and commissioner of their youth trends magazine, MTV Sticky, which was used as a tool for keeping staff and advertising clients up to date with the latest happenings in youth culture.
In 2008 she moved on to gain experience of working in the third sector and became an Insight Manager at v, the National Young Volunteers Service. It was here that she commissioned the Voicebox research project which culminated in a writing robot which was connected to the internet being installed in Houses of Parliament so young people could send short form messages to MPs.
Charlotte joined Sidekick Studios in 2009, where she worked as a producer and researcher on a number of projects which used digital technology to address social problems.
In 2011 she joined Electric Pedals to be more closely involved with developing a social enterprise, whilst relishing the opportunity to work on a number of varied public interactive installations including the Free Film Festival, WWF's Earth Hour and the Cultural Olympiad's Tree of Light.
