Charlotte Johnston

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I’m a Human Resources Student living in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. I am working towards excelling in the core Human Resources courses to achieve my Certified Human Resources Professional designation. This will be my first step in becoming a successful Human Resources Generalist.

I am a dedicated worker, with a passion for HR. I focus on time management, and working with efficiency and accuracy. I enjoy learning new HRIS systems and adapting to new technologies.

I learn quickly and am committed to honesty and integrity. My knowledge of employment legislation and health and safety legislation will allow me to be successful in my career.

I would like to begin my career with an organization committed to the work/life balance of their workers. My mission is to be the go to person for recruitment and selection at an organization I can be proud to work for.
