Charlotte Norfolk-Porter
Labelling Supervisor and Photographer in Ashford, United Kingdom
I'm a deep down eccentric, shy but feisty with a strong work ethic. I'm always looking at ways to better my work and myself, and push forward with my career. I work logically with a creative personality. I like to bend the rules creatively, but I'm focused, dedicated and always prepared for a challenge. I like control, I aim for structure but I'm an artist at heart.
I'm incredibly self motivated and work well on my own initiative. I have an odd sense of humour and truly believe that laughter is the best medicine. Having a positive, can-do attitude means I approach any task with enthusiasm and interest and am willing to see all projects through to the end.
I want to explore, I want to create and I want to learn something new on a daily basis. Life should be a constant adventure. Looking forward is far more productive than looking back.
I couldn't imagine my world without an SLR camera around my neck, my instax strap firmly wrapped around my wrist, a point and shoot in my hand or my smartphone buried at the bottom of my handbag.
Photography aside, my main passion is travel. Holidays, weekend trips, city breaks... I love it all. I live for my yearly snowboarding trips and have visited France, Bulgaria and Levi. When I can, I try to get to snow-domes for a UK-based adrenaline fix. Problem is I'm not really very good. I'm also a keen runner - yet to exceed the 10Km mark - and my goal is to eventually run a half marathon. I like swimming, I go to the gym regularly and I have a strange desire to walk everywhere, even though I have a full driving licence and a car. Enjoying craft beer or stout and a pizza at my local bar ranks highly on my list of "favourite ways to relax", as does watching a whole variety of film genres (I'm not fussy).
Oh, and I really, really like Zombies.
