Hello, I was born in Fresno, California. I'm from a very large family - all twelve of us were from the same parents. The last pregnancy was twins just seven years younger than me. There were seven girls, and I'm the youngest. There were five boys and I was born at the tail end of the family with them. So, my parents were considered older for the last fve of us.
The full lot of us were raised on five acres out in the country in Reedley California. My dad made his livng as an "Operating" Engineer and primarily lived away from home except weekends, but somehow he managed to build our home room by room with a little help from his brother who also moved out from Oklahoma.
About My Parents' Heritage: My dad was a Cherokee Indian from Oklahoma with a certificate of degree proving his heritage. My mother was also from Oklahoma and that's how they met. My dad was a ball player back then. His uncle Ben made it to the Oklahoma Baseball Hall of Fame. Pretty good for an Indian to be honored in those days. My great uncle "James" was a U.S. Marshall.
Being one of the younger children I always had plenty of places to travel to as my older siblings moved away from the family home. After eighth grade, each summer during break from school I would travel on the Greyhound bus and go visiting: Long Beach, Sacramento, Fremont, Vancouver, etc. I was very responsible and my parents trusted me to be on my own.
I can't tell you everything up front. So, I'll move on to when I became a real estate agent in 1999. I first took "Appraisal" in college before 1999. Oh, by the way I have three full years of college credit as a business major. Before that, I was educated for three years at Argonaut Court Reporting School in Sacramento California with all the certificates for verbatim testimony and academics through 180 w.p.m..
Back to Spokane Colleges now in Washington: I took Real Estate Fundamentals and got a 4.0. So, July, 1999, I passed the Washington real estate exam. Over time, I obtained my broker's licenses for both Washington and Idaho. Investment Courses: Russ Whitney and Scott Yancey, "Flipping Vegas."
Real Estate Designations or Certificates: I have earned: Accredited Staging Specialist, Broker Price Opinon, Certified New Homes Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, e-PRO, First Time Home Buyer Resource, Graduate Realtor Institute, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Short Sales Foreclosure R
