Charmain Bogue is a strategist, mentor, and organizational development professional whose career has centered on education, workforce development, and public sector operations. She has held senior leadership roles in federal government and worked independently as an executive coach and strategic advisor, helping leaders and boards translate plans into measurable results. She currently works in strategic planning for a public sector research organization, where she focuses on aligning technology, workforce priorities, and organizational goals.

Charmain Bogue believes that effective organizations are built through clear communication, structured planning, and accountability. That perspective shapes her advisory work and her approach to mentoring. She mentors women returning to the workforce, works with early-stage founders and social enterprises through a major startup accelerator, and supports women in leadership in health professions and human services.
