Charmaine Brooks

I am an educator, researcher and consultant interested in educational change specifically relative to technology, education policy and professional learning. I completed my doctoral studies in January 2011 and am currently working on publishing a couple papers, finishing off a cumulative report on a provincial implementation initiative and preparing a conference presentation.
