Charles Carper

I was born in 1964 in the village of Munchweiler Germany at a US Military Hospital and after five decades I remain a proud army brat.

As a child I travelled a lot living in Europe, Asia, Central America, and in the States.

I “came of age” in Ohio and still refer to it as my home state. I earned a B.A. from Capital University in Columbus before moving to Chicago.
I completed an M.A. at the Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago where I developed a keen appreciation for church history.

For twenty seven years I have worked at Misericordia Home, a miraculous place, given to serving those with cognitive disabilities
