I am a people person who is politically minded and has a knack for advocacy. I have taken part in numerous organizations often in leadership positions. I strive to be a leader, and lend myself greatly to a team dynamic. My greatest weakness, in one word is tenacity. When I set my eyes on a goal I stop at no end to accomplish it. My greatest strength however is empathy, I labor my hardest to see every persons perspective and empathize to understand that view. I consider myself outgoing and a straight shooter. I enjoy negotiating, but I love finding innovative solutions to unorthodox problems.
