Chase Rubin

Chase Rubin is a man who wears many hats. He is a Real Estate Developer by day, tennis player by evening, Art History buff by night and SPCA volunteer by the weekend. Real estate development takes up most of his time, but he is also able to find time for his hobbies while at work and on his personal time. When designing buildings, Chase takes into account the aesthetic look of the project in terms of the area and culture in which the project is being held. He wants to make an improvement to the community and make sure he has taken into consideration all things that will be affected by his projects.

Chase loves his city - Philadelphia, PA. He takes into account what will be best for the community as a whole when making real estate development decisions. He doesn't solely work to benefit solely one group of people. Chase enjoys working within his own firm as a fresh entrepreneur in the real estate development field. Chase will normally take family, friends, and colleagues to the tennis courts as a relaxing and adrenaline filled alternative to work. He's also passionate about philanthropy projects that involve various organizations, but with one main focus: saving animals.

The SPCA is very important to Chase and his views. Chase believes in the importance of speaking up for the voiceless. Animals need our help to survive against the other angry, fearful human beings that hurt them to feel power or control. This is a sickness; the ability to abuse an animal. Humans, animals, and flora all coexist on this planet. This is Chase's ultimate message: We need to adhere to nature and live together without violence, abuse, or disrespect.
