Chase Schroeder, assistant community manager at Bell Partners and son of South Central Steel (SCS) president Andy Schroeder, has diverse experience in customer engagement and the events industry. He began his career as an account manager with Birmingham, Alabama's Coast to Coast Events, where he routinely secured sales 20 percent above goal. Recognized as an effective client liaison, Chase Schroeder accepted an invitation from company leadership to mentor and train new sales representatives.

Soon promoted to assistant director of the company, Chase Schroeder began training all new members of the sales team. He developed a number of new sales training programs as well as a new and engaging sales pitch, which became a part of the team's official strategy in 2015. Active in cultivating client relationships, he also managed all sales forecasting, goal setting, and tracking.

Chase Schroeder left Coast to Coast Events when he relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee, and established a new venture called Mountain Top Events. There, he created strong partnerships with consumer electronics and telecommunications businesses while overseeing all organizational processes, employee development initiatives, and sales strategies. Mr. Schroeder moved on from this role in late 2016 to become a solutions specialist with Verizon Wireless, where he focused on customer experience optimization and relationship development.
