Welcome to Chateau Bleu. My name is Laura. I have a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Arkansas and have been in the interior design industry for over 14 years. Working in a furniture showroom for seven of those years I have an appreciation for all styles of decor, but my favorite would have to me a mixture of french country and shabby chic. The curved lines, colors, textures, and the patterns speak to me. Along with my love of design I am an avid do it yourselfer. I love creating one of a kind looks by refurbishing furniture. I plan to share my love of design and teach others how to incorporate good design in their homes by using basic design principles along with sharing some great do it yourself projects.
