As Managing Partner of The Orangeblowfish, I lead the strategic vision of the Agency. I also advise CEOs, C-suite executives on business growth and innovation, executive and corporate communications, and digital strategies in China and the APAC market.

By way of introduction, The Orangeblowfish is an award-winning creative branding agency with teams spanning China, UK, North America and Australia. We unleash the power of creativity leveraging storytelling, art, space and technology. Our mission is to enrich people's lives through designing and building better brand experiences. We work with legacy brands such as L'Oreal Cartier, LinkedIn, Marriott Hotels, ASICs and more.

In addition, I am a public speaker who leads workshops for international brands. I also coach senior executives and TEDx speakers on how to master public speaking in their own style, while delivering a powerful and effective speech or presentation to large crowds. I'm regularly featured in industry and business magazines such as Forbes Business Council on a variety of topics including entrepreneurship, women leadership, China business, marketing, creativity, branding and more.
