PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

US NAVY - August 2011- Present

- Provide logistical support to achieve ship’s mission of providing a wide range of flexible mission capabilities, to include maritime security, expeditionary power projection, forward naval presence, crisis response, sea control, deterrence, counter-terrorism, information operations, security cooperation and counter-proliferation.

- Manage the receiving, stowing and issuing of all material for 7 combat squadrons and 18 major shipboard departments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom

- Essential in Material Division completing 14 successful Replenishment at Sea evolutions, ensuring over 7,000 pallets of critical material was accurately receiving, identified and stowed

- Utilize financial accounting and database systems to perform inventory and financial management functions including OMMS-NG, FEDLOG, R- SUPPLY

- Maintain three Fiscal Years’ of Open Purchase Contracts records worth $1.5M with zero discrepancies.

- Account for government materials, prepare and maintain required forms, records, correspondence, reports and files

- Order, receive, inspect, stow, and package materials and cargo

- Identify critical problems with Contracts, interacted with all departments and conducted re-write

- Pin-point root cause of supply delivery problems, corrected deficiencies, saved $20K in annual revenue

- Supervise a staff of 4 storeroom clerks and ensures over 500 technical inspections met or exceeded compliance
