Chawn Peterson has 20 years of managing and growing multi-industry operations, which offers our clients a unique outlook and a highly centered customer service oriented approach toward a successful outcome of their talent acquisition needs. Her areas of specialty include client relationship development, team building, process design & optimization, sourcing strategy, effective utilization of recruitment tools and operational delivery.

Chawn is an approachable, dynamic, results-oriented leader with a track record for achieving challenging operational and sales objectives working with broad spectrum of companies within various industries and sizes. As an entrepreneur Chawn has an impressive history of fostering and promoting start-up organizations. She possesses a comfortable blend of both hands-on experience and big picture focus. Chawn has managed the growth of CER to a multi-million-dollar recruiting and staffing agency accomplishing searches for clients/candidates within the PNW and nationally.

Chawn believes that pro-active and timely honest communication is key to client and candidate retention. With this approach, Chawn believes that goals can be met without jeopardizing the personal touch we all recognize is essential in building relationships.

Chawn enjoys giving back to her community and supporting organizations such as From PTSD To Freedom, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Chess for Success, Lifeworks and volunteering at the Union Gospel Mission serving meals to the homeless and assisting with fund raising. She was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon and is an avid Oregon Duck Football fan. She raised two beautiful daughters and has three grandchildren; a 12-year-old grandson, 7-year-old granddaughter and a 4-year-old grandson. She is also an animal lover and has a faithful friend & walking partner, Ellie – a black lab.
