Chad Martin

My name is Chad Joseph Martin, born in Houston, TX from a loving family. I have a associate degree in Theatre from Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, TX. From there, I attended The University of North Texas and graduated with a bachelors in Radio, Television and Film. While studying at the university I made five short films with a short film of my own. In addition to studying film making, I used a wide variety of cameras: Panasonic, Super 8 and shot using an HD Sony camera. Produced two television productions for my television class with the topics about cooking and energy drinks. Also I volunteered for the local university news station, North Texas Television Volunteers. Where I was a camera man and editor for two years. Now I am a graduate holder with a career in film and tv production in the Dallas and Ft. Worth area and have made commercials for Budweiser with Tick-Tock productions as a production assistant. I am currently in Washington D.C., interning with The National Press Club as apart of their Graduate Gateway Program for American University. As apart of my filmmaking experience, I am a dedicated writer, screen writer, and aspiring graphic novelist.
