Chelsea Tjandra

I am a 20 years old female with a bachelor degree of Communications in Public Relations from both University of Indonesia and Deakin University, Australia. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. One of my strongest points is my self-motivation which allows me to perform well under pressure and against aggressive deadlines in any pressurised environment. Being a highly analytical thinker I am able to quickly identify, scrutinise, improve, and streamline complex work processes.
