What is family?
Family is the basic unit of society, a group of people affiliated either by consanguinity, affinity, co-residence or some combination of these. Family is the most important unit of the society consisting, members of the immediate family may include spouses, parents, brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters. Members of the extended family may include grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and siblings-in-law. Sometimes these are also considered members of the immediate family, depending on an individual's specific relationship with them.
Family Law
Any law governing family disputes and/or obligations that needs attention or consideration on issues within the family member as mentioned above. Issues that are under family law are; Domestic violence (such as child abuse, violence against women, sexual abuse, etc.), divorce, child custody, child visitation, child support, parenting time, distribution of property and division of debt. Family law takes care of these things or preferably people under these circumstances.
Divorce
The hard part is seeing a couple to be separated by situation they can’t handle anymore and as an effect of this, kids are sure victims of the divorce but not all divorce ended up like this. There are cases in which a parent filed divorce to protect the children from abuse caused by the partner but sad to say there are also divorce that happened only because of uncertainty with their partner as a result of this scenario it always ends up with a contested divorce.
