Ryan Wilson-Lall is a Toronto based field trained Chef.

Chef Ryan opened his own restaurant with his wife in August 2018, Rustic Social House, a gastrobar located in Humber Bay Shores. The food focuses on old world favourites with a modern twist.

He is known for integrating bold flavours with rustic presentations, using outside of the box creativity. Chef Ryan exemplifies what it means to be a Chef in Toronto by using a wide range of flavours from around the world. Ryan's experience includes working in several kitchens, including the Legislative Assembly at Queen's Park, Metropolitan Hotel, Metro Convention Center, and then moving into the role of Sous Chef at Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square, finally at FRANK Restaurant at the Art Gallery of Ontario as Chef de Cuisine where he honed his creative and artful plating techniques. He moved on further to Executive Chef at Entice Culinary Lounge in Queen West, followed by Executive Chef at Capra's Kitchen, owned by celebrity Chef Massimo Capra. His freelancing in offsite catering over the years has given him a strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
