Gerry Brandon

Gerry is a Chef, Educator, Mentor and Public Speaker. He is originally from Ontario where he is a member of Dokis First Nation (Anishinaabe). A graduate of the renowned Stratford Chef School, he has worked alongside many world famous Chefs, led 5-Star Country House Hotels, appeared on television and in magazines. As a former “troubled youth”, Gerry has spent many years working with and mentoring young people across Canada. His vision for First Nations youth is “strength through education, traditional values and a plan for the future”. He now works with the Seabird Community School offering perspectives on Food, Life, and Education. – chii miigwetch
