THE LOVE OF FOOD IS MY PASSION. BORN IN ST.VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES. I LEARNED TO COOK FROM A YOUNG AGE OF 8, MAKING CARIBBEAN DISHES LIKE, PILOU, SOUCE , CURRY CHICKEN, STEW CHICKEN. AFTER HIGH SCHOOL I ATTENDED JOHNSON AND WALES UNIVERSITY FOR CULINARY ARTS AND BECAUSE OF MY FINANCIAL SITUATION I WASNT ABLE TO FINISH. I STARTED WORKING AT NATIONAL GRID AND DOING CATERING JOB'S ON THE SIDE EVER SINCE. I FORMED MY OWN CATERING COMPANY CALLED "PERSONAL BITES LLC" AND IM NOW ENROLLED IN THE ART INSTITUTE OF ATLANTA. I PLAN TO FINISH WHAT I STARTED YEARS AGO.
