Augusto Caudillo

My name is Augusto Caudillo, a Chef working and living in Seattle. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, NV. I specialize in world foods, Fine dining, Gastro Pubs, Irish Pubs, Catering, Personal In-Home and Mexican Cuisines. I love the environment and try to do my part to contribute to the beautification and well being of our planet. As a Culinary professional I try to implement waste reduction in the kitchen. I was born In Mexico but moved to Santa Barbara, California at an early age, I don't live there anymore but it will always be my home.
