Currently a student at Louisiana Culinary Institue, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. And looking for a position as a line cook for more experience. My background is in Accounting. I have been an Accountant for over 15 years and owned a catering company for over 8 years. Then I decided to return to school to get my certification. I am a member of the ACF and Linked In and subscribe to many culinary publications. I have also been in management for most of my 15 year Accounting career. My ultimate goal is to start an after-school and summer program to teach young people to cook.
