Executive Chef Delroy Christian developed an interest in cooking at a very early age. The youngest of four children, Delroy often found himself at his mother Estora’s side in the kitchen. Growing up in London, England and also on the beautiful Island of Jamaica. Working with his Mom at Top of the One club he was introduced to N.Y.C. Technical College by The manager Michael. While in school he assumed a position a German restaurant with Chef Andy. He learned quickly and was ready to move on to the next restaurant. During his studies in College, he Started working at the "Russian Tea Room" Manhattan; graced with many stars. While working with Chef Adolfo Garcia who introduced him to executive chef Peter Assue at the CC Club.

Chef Peter gave him the opportunity to work at Chef & Cuisiner’s Club”, owned by three of the master chefs in New York City (Charles Palmer, Rick Moonen and Italian Chef Frank Crispo).

In 1992, he spent approx. 8 months in the small town of "Auch France" working at the Hotel de France with Executive Chef Andre’ Daguin. In France, he learned classic and Southwestern French Cuisine.

Relocated to the Atlanta in 1996 to pursue his dreams. He started his Private Chef and Catering. He utilized his skills with large projects-World Changers Church International feeding at times 2K - 4K plus persons for special events. Catering food for Sweet Auburn Market at Hartsfield-Jackson International Terminal providing fresh foods daily for travelers visiting the worlds busiest airport. Chef Delroy creates food with his team for over 6k people at the 2019 super Bowl in Atlanta Georgia.
Delroy’s passion steered him in the direction to cook for celebrities in the NBA Josh Okogie NBL Freddie Freeman NFL Cam Newton. Music great Aretha Franklin, Actor Samuel Jackson, Janelle Monáe, Jhené Aiko, Executive producer Jason”Poobear” Boyd, Sean “Love” Combs, Justin Bieber, T.I, Tyler Perry, Jermaine Dupri, Real Estate Mogul Lee Najar, Ryan Howard and Dallas Austin to name a few.

He has also appeared multiple times on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”, “Atlanta and Company”. He has also participated and judged cooking competitions. His cuisine is International Cuisine from around the world: Jamaican, Mexican, Classic French, Italian, Nigeria, Mediterranean, Asian and Southern Cuisine.

Delroy is an Executive Chef/ Caterer, Private Chef, Restaurant Consultant and Kitchen Designer.
