Damon Adams

My culinary life began at age 17 while working part-time at a local Chinese restaurant in Coral Springs, Florida. I started as a dining room attendant; however, I found myself gravitating to the kitchen more and more to help with menu preparation. A chef was born. While attending college in Gainesville, Florida, I again found myself missing class so I could get a jump-start in the kitchen at the restaurant I managed. After realizing that my true passion in life was food, I enrolled at the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, where I graduated top in my class in 1997.

As a Private Chef, I pride myself on understanding my Principals, their preferences, and privacy while holding to my professional boundaries. My goal is to deliver to them the lifestyle that they envision without sacrificing their personal comfort.
