A creative chef from Minneapolis, I have worked in a number of highly acclaimed restaurants in MN and the east coast for over 10 years. I have a specific passion for Midwestern cuisine and anything that can fall under the category of comfort food. In addition to my career, I am a happy, devoted husband, and father, and enjoy spending time with my family as much as I enjoy cooking.
